ROB PERRY
My faithful brothers and sisters in the Lord,
Thank you for all your prayers and faithfulness to God’s calling. I was never alone throughout this time and now bear the good news of how gracious our Lord is. After 40 days in the hospital, several lives were committed to Christ and many awaked to the need for Christ in their life. So many needed encouragement being on the front-line of helping, and healing. Wonderful to see all the people the Lord brought to be ministered to in prayer and from His Word. Praise God for His wonderful work.
Through your continual prayer and the strength of our Lord, my wife, my daughter and my sister, I may now testify to God’s gracious healing through the living and abiding Word of God.
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10
“Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed." Isaiah 53:4-5
“But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the LORD" Jeremiah 30:17
Miracles abound:
1)Receiving a new heart within 12 hrs of being added to the transplant list. Old heart was tired and existed on machine; thought I might be heading home. For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. But if I go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me. So what shall I choose? I do not know. I am torn between the two. I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better indeed. But it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body.
2)Recovery from stroke in hospital has not left any issues. Isaiah 41:10 - Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
3)Changed lives for Christ. 2 Peter 3:9 - The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
4) A new heart to continue God’s ministry. Ephesians 4:12 - to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up
Scriptures that came to my heart:
“O Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; Let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation. Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise! For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods.” Psalm 95:1-3
"Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.” Psalm 100:4-5
"Give thanks to the Lord for he is good, his love endures forever." Psalm 118:29
"I will give thanks to you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.” Psalm 91:1
"I will give to the Lord the thanks due to his righteousness, and I will sing praise to the name of the Lord, the Most High." Psalm 7:17

Acts 4:12: Salvation is found in no else,
for there is no other name under heaven given to men,
By which we must be saved.
